We have had English Setters since 1985, lost Ben last July, he was a very dark Tri-colour, like the Weetabix dog, well missed. One day will have another Setter. Lovely to see you still have your dogs? Sorry to see Dusty had gone. Fern, Dusty's mum was put to sleep on 23rd Sept last and 6 months earlier 26th March Ellie died suddenly. We have no dogs now, but Joe would dearly love another. According to my records both dogs were approx 13years. The day Fern went to the vets was her first whilst living with us. She was a dream, loved Joe and Charlotte and in the last 6 months missed Ellie, but both died from pyometra. Ellie was sudden, Fern I noticed the same symptoms, but the vet tried to save Fern, but see had cancer so we let her go. Sorry, I didn't keep in touch, but Children, Working & 2 dogs kept me very busy. Take care.
